My Name is Alishia Jones. As a proud United States Navy veteran with over 30 years of experience in business, military operations, and community engagement, I have dedicated my life to serving others and making a positive impact. I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration, which have equipped me with the skills to lead and organize effectively.

I aim to impact business initiatives meaningfully, driving successful program outcomes.Throughout my career, I’ve served in key roles across various organizations, including the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Sara Lee Casual Wear. This multidisciplinary experience has given me a robust expertise in the following areas:

I am a minister and visionary dedicated to servant leadership and personal development. I find joy in inspiring individuals to recognize and embrace their unique talents. As an author and an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker with the Maxwell Leadership Team, I am committed to fostering leadership and promoting positive transformation across various industries. It’s incredibly fulfilling to make a significant impact on the lives of others.

Sports and teamwork have always been a passion of mine, stemming from my previous athletic background. This enthusiasm has led me to take on rewarding youth coaching roles in different sports, including football, baseball, basketball, and track and field. Recently, I’ve broadened my influence in the sports industry by becoming an NFL Sports Agent.

Through my extensive experience, unwavering enthusiasm, and deep commitment to uplifting others, I aim to inspire many to lead fulfilling lives and pursue their dreams.
